You may use tryhaircolor.com for personal, non-commercial hair color exploration and related styling decisions.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt availability, reverse engineer protected systems, or upload content that violates another person’s rights.

You are responsible for the images and information you upload. You represent that you have the rights or permissions needed to use that content with the service.

By uploading content, you grant us the limited rights needed to process it and provide the requested result.

Hair color previews are generated for inspiration and planning. Results may differ from real salon outcomes because lighting, hair texture, base color, dye chemistry, and stylist technique vary.

The service does not provide professional medical, dermatological, or salon advice.

The service is designed to preview hair color only. It does not provide face swapping, deepfake creation, identity changes, or facial feature manipulation.

You may only upload images that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload another person’s image without authorization.

You may not use the service with sexually explicit, NSFW, exploitative, harassing, hateful, illegal, or harmful content.

You may not use the service to impersonate another person, create deceptive media, manipulate identity, or attempt to bypass safety, moderation, or usage controls.

tryhaircolor.com may offer one-time paid digital downloads of watermark-free result images. Payment is handled securely by Creem, and access is unlocked after the checkout return is verified.

A paid download costs $2.99 and covers the current watermark-free result image only. It does not include an account, permanent cloud storage, order history, subscription access, or cross-device recovery unless those features are clearly stated at checkout.

The current no-account version is designed for the current browser session and does not include cross-device recovery, order history, or permanent result storage.

During merchant review or payment rollout periods, the payment service may be visible but not yet available for live checkout.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may approve a refund if you were charged but could not access the watermark-free download because of a technical issue, duplicate payment, or an incorrect charge.

Because this is a digital download, completed and successfully delivered downloads may not be refundable unless required by law.

If you are charged but cannot download because of a technical issue, submit a request at /refund-request or contact support@tryhaircolor.com with your paid email, name or username, payment date, Creem checkout or order ID if available, and enough details for us to review the issue.

The website, interface, branding, software, and related materials are owned by tryhaircolor.com or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the service except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
