The service is limited to hair color preview and is not intended to change identity, swap faces, or manipulate facial features.

You should avoid uploading sensitive images that are not necessary for the service.

Paid downloads are processed by Creem. tryhaircolor.com does not receive or store your full payment card details.

Creem may collect payment, billing, tax, and fraud-prevention information according to its own policies. We may receive payment confirmation details such as checkout, order, product, and customer identifiers so we can verify a successful checkout return.

If you submit a refund request, we may collect the paid email, name or username, payment date, Creem checkout or order ID, refund reason, screenshots, and support details needed to review the request and coordinate processing through Creem.
