This policy explains how refund requests are reviewed for one-time paid digital downloads on tryhaircolor.com.
Digital Download Purchases
tryhaircolor.com may offer one-time paid downloads of watermark-free hair color result images. Each purchase unlocks the current result in the same browser session after checkout is verified.
The purchase does not include an account, permanent cloud storage, order history, or cross-device recovery unless those features are stated separately at checkout.
When a Refund May Be Approved
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may approve a refund if you were charged but could not access the watermark-free download because of a technical issue, duplicate payment, or an incorrect charge.
Because this is a digital download, completed and successfully delivered downloads may not be refundable unless required by law.
How to Request a Refund
Submit a refund request at /refund-request or email support@tryhaircolor.com.
Include the paid email, name or username, payment date, Creem checkout or order ID if available, the hair color result involved, the reason for the request, and any screenshot or error details that help us review the issue.
Processing
Payments are processed by Creem. If a refund is approved, it is processed through Creem rather than outside the payment platform.
Creem documentation notes that customer refund timing depends on the payment method and region, and card refunds generally appear within 5-10 business days after processing.
Chargebacks
Please contact support@tryhaircolor.com before starting a bank dispute so we can review the issue and provide delivery or refund support.
Creem may manage chargebacks and may request supporting information from us. Clear refund requests help avoid unnecessary disputes and delays.
